Our Staff

Pastor Daniel and his wife, Caitlin, are originally from Anderson, SC. They were married in 2001 and have two wonderful sons. He asked Jesus to be his Lord and Savior at the age of 13 and accepted God's call to ministry in 2004. Pastor Daniel served in Student Ministry for 16 years before accepting the call to be our Lead Pastor. He is a graduate of Clemson University (Civil Engineering) and North Greenville University (Master of Christian Ministry). Pastor Daniel loves preaching and teaching the inspired, inerrant word of God and seeing people come into a relationship with God through faith alone in Jesus Christ.

Pastor Don is a native Charlottean. He and his wife Rebecca were married in 2003 and love being parents to their three beautiful children.  He accepted the Lord as his Savior as a teenager at a youth Summer Camp in 1996 and later accepted the call to ministry in 2006. Don is a graduate of Liberty University with his Master of Divinity in Professional Ministries. Don loves teaching and pouring his life into the lives of the youth and seeing people changed for Christ.  "It's All About Jesus!"

Liz and her husband Carey were born and raised in the Charlotte area. They currently live in Monroe where they are raising their son and daughter. Liz was saved at 10 years old during Vacation Bible School. Ever since then she has had a passion for Children's Ministry. She comes to us with nearly 10 years of vocational ministry experience and looks forward to waking up every day to tell children about God's love for them!

Debbie was born in Wisconsin but her family moved to Charlotte when she was a teenager so she considers herself to be a Carolina Girl! She became a Christian when she was 14 years old while involved in a large youth group and choir in a Baptist Church. Through the years Debbie has participated in local and foreign missions that include Russia, India and West Virginia. Her biggest mission field is her 7 grandsons and 3 young adult children. She has served in financial and administrative positions through her adult years and loves serving the Lord as Administrative Assistant at MHBC!

Sharon, a native of Union County, is the Weekday Preschool Director at Mt. Harmony.  She graduated from Wingate University with a degree in Elementary Education.  She has experience as a kindergarten teacher, as well as a preschool teacher at Mt. Harmony.  She and her husband Jeff were married in 1991 and have been members of Mt. Harmony since 1996.  They are proud parents of two grown sons. Her favorite part of the day is welcoming every child to preschool each morning!
