Pastor Buddy is a native Charlottean who had a background in radio and drag racing. He embraced Jesus when he was twenty, and God called him to preach. He came to MHBC in 1990. His favorite song is "When I Survey the Wondrous Cross," and what he likes best about MHBC is the pastor's wife!
Pastor Don is a native Charlottean and leads the Student and Recreation Ministries at Mt. Harmony. He accepted the Lord as his Savior as a teenager on a youth retreat and later accepted the call to ministry in 2006. Don and his wife Rebecca were married in 2003 and love being parents to their sons Ian & Isaac. Don is a graduate of Liberty University with his Master of Divinity in Professional Ministries. Don loves pouring his life into the lives of the youth and seeing young people changed for Christ.
Pastor Taylor is native from Union County and leads the Music Ministry at Mt. Harmony. He is a graduate of Liberty University, with a degree in Worship and Music Studies. He and his wife Morgan married in 2014 and have a commitment in serving this church and community for the glory of Christ.
Elisabeth, a fellow Charlottean, leads the Children’s Ministry here at Mount Harmony. She attended Wingate University where she met her husband, Carey, and they married in 2014. They love the children’s blind faith, love for life, passion, and their ability to see good in all. It is their prayer that this ministry will build a firm Biblical foundation as well as fuel their passion for Christ.
Christine is the Office Manager at Mount Harmony handling all things finance, as well as a wide variety of administrative duties. She and her husband, Brian, were married in 1996 and are proud parents to one daughter and two sons. They are parishioners of St. John Neumann Catholic Church. What Christine loves most about her position is working with so many staff and members who provide a wonderful example of living a life of faith.
Miss Juanita has been working with the preschool children at Mt. Harmony since 1989. Her favorite thing about preschoolers is their hugs and watching them grow intellectually, physically, and spiritually. Our world would be less humorous without children. Since she has become a grandmother, she understand that time is what children really what from you.
